I have been going to Troy at Harehills for years now and I have never been less than pleasantly satisfied...everything from the initial phone call to leaving the building I have always been made to feel comfortable and never once made to feel stupid(which quite often us girlies are made to feel....)I have ALWAYS been more than satisfied with the work carried out and advice given and even your prices are competative.
However I feel I must say that I visited today and the service and advice I was given was absolutely outstanding.... I have NEVER recieved such good customer service in my life,the mechanic had all the time in the world for me and genuinly seemed please to help.
Like I have said I have been going to Troy for a number of years and my son is now driving and I took him to Troy and he always goes there now and is more than happy.
My dad was with me today and he said he had never come across anything like it in all his 40+ years of motoring and said he was converted and in future would be going there too.
I think people are always quick to complain but never to compliment. I wish every shop/garage/call center etc would take a leaf out of Troys book because it makes paying for horrible car repairs not as bad as it should be.
I just want to say I cant stress enough a big massive thank you to all the staff at Troy in Harehills.

Despite recently selling one,for the past 4 years I have had 2 cars,one quite a rare model,both of which I bring to Troy and they are always fantastic-providing great service,for a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone.
